KC VISTA 230 Panoramic Sauna — Indoor or Outdoor Wellness Cabin

£5,250.00

Panoramic Sauna Architecture for Indoor or Outdoor Wellness

The KC VISTA 230 Panoramic Sauna combines a focused 3.5m² hot room with a recessed entrance threshold within one clean-lined, contemporary structure.

Its approximately 2.21 × 2.30m footprint offers a more architectural alternative to a traditional barrel sauna. Straight timber walls create an ordered internal layout, while the broad smoky-glass entrance brings natural light into the room and frames the surrounding environment.

Configured outdoors, the VISTA becomes a compact garden sauna with a sheltered place to step out, leave footwear and transition between heat and fresh air.

Configured indoors, it can form a self-contained sauna cabin within a suitable home spa, gym, pool room, hospitality venue or commercial wellness environment.

Heating, roof finish, timber protection, delivery and installation are specified around the selected indoor or outdoor route.

One Sauna. Two Installation Pathways.

Outdoor Installation

Installed outdoors, the VISTA 230 becomes a freestanding garden sauna with a sheltered entrance recess.

Its compact rectangular footprint works particularly well beside:

  • Modern extensions
  • Patios and terraces
  • Garden studios
  • Cold-plunge areas
  • Outdoor showers
  • Landscaped recovery spaces

Outdoor projects require a suitable waterproof roof covering, exterior timber protection, correctly detailed base, drainage and consideration of roof-water management.

The final orientation should also account for the view from the sauna bench, sun exposure, prevailing weather, boundary clearances and neighbouring sightlines.

Indoor Installation

The VISTA 230 can also be installed as a self-contained sauna cabin within an appropriate existing building.

Potential indoor settings may include:

  • Private home-spa rooms
  • Gyms and recovery facilities
  • Hotels and hospitality venues
  • Pool and leisure rooms
  • Converted barns or outbuildings
  • Commercial wellness environments

The host building must provide adequate floor loading, ventilation, electrical capacity, ceiling clearance, fire safety and moisture management.

The recessed entrance area remains part of the cabin, providing a useful internal transition between the host room and sauna.

For indoor projects, the upper finish and any external-style roof covering are reviewed against the host environment rather than assumed as standard.

A Sheltered Threshold, Not a Changing Room

The VISTA’s recessed entrance creates a practical place to pause before entering or after leaving the heat.

It may be used for:

  • Footwear
  • Towels and robes
  • A compact storage solution
  • Cooling down between rounds
  • Transitioning between the sauna and surrounding space

The approximately 0.7m² recess is not supplied as an enclosed changing room.

Any fitted storage, lighting, furniture, showering facilities or additional interior specification must be selected and quoted separately.

This distinction keeps the core structure compact while allowing the wider project to be planned around the customer’s intended routine.

A Light-Filled Sauna Room

The approximately 3.5m² sauna room is arranged around timber bench seating within a straightforward rectangular plan.

The straight walls make it easier to plan:

  • Bench access
  • Heater position
  • Safety clearances
  • Internal circulation
  • Lighting
  • Ventilation

The panoramic entrance allows daylight into the hot room while preserving solid timber walls to the sides and rear.

Its smoky glazing softens the view into the sauna and gives the façade a more refined, architectural character.

Reflections, apparent opacity and timber tone will vary according to internal lighting, external light and natural material variation. Privacy requirements and the view from the bench should therefore be considered before the final orientation is agreed.

Untreated Nordic Spruce

The KC VISTA 230 is supplied in untreated Nordic Spruce.

This creates a light, natural Scandinavian appearance and allows the final finish to be coordinated with the wider property.

For outdoor installations, a suitable exterior timber-protection system must be applied promptly after assembly and maintained in accordance with the relevant product guidance.

Particular attention should be given to:

  • Exposed end grain
  • Weather-facing elevations
  • Door and glazing surrounds
  • Lower wall sections
  • Areas close to standing water or splashback

For indoor installations, the required finish will depend on the host environment, moisture exposure and desired appearance.

Any treatment applied inside the hot room must be specifically suitable for sauna temperatures and agreed before use.

Build Your KeiCo Wellness Space

The VISTA structure provides the architectural shell. KeiCo can then help coordinate the systems, finishes and installation requirements around it.

Available project choices may include:

  • Compatible electric sauna heater
  • Manual, external or WiFi-enabled controls
  • Indoor or outdoor installation route
  • Outdoor waterproof roof covering
  • Exterior timber protection or colour finish
  • Sauna-appropriate internal protection
  • Ambient sauna lighting
  • Professional delivery and installation
  • Selected wellness accessories
  • Cold-plunge or outdoor-shower integration
  • KeiCo Care or Signature Care

Heater output must be matched to the confirmed internal room dimensions, panoramic glazing, insulation, installation environment and available electrical supply.

A generic heater assumption should not be used in place of a calculation based on the final specification.

Lead Time, Delivery and Installation

Availability and lead time are confirmed against the selected configuration and live production or stock position before order.

The KC VISTA 230 may be supplied through an approved European manufacturing partner within KeiCo’s Nordic production network. Minor non-structural details may vary between compliant production allocations, while the confirmed dimensions, material specification, layout and customer-selected configuration remain governed by the final order documentation.

The sauna is normally supplied as a precision flat-pack kit.

Delivery method, unloading responsibility and access requirements are confirmed for the individual site. Professional installation can be quoted where available.

Trades, lifting equipment and permanent site works should not be booked until the allocated production source, delivery route and technical drawing have been confirmed in writing.

A Coordinated KeiCo Project

KeiCo can support the project through:

  • Pre-order product and site review
  • Indoor or outdoor installation planning
  • Base, floor and access guidance
  • Heater and control-system specification
  • Electrical-preparation guidance
  • Delivery and professional-installation planning
  • Timber-treatment and roof-finish coordination
  • Cold-plunge or shower integration
  • One accountable project contact
  • After-sales support

Where regulated or specialist work is required, it is completed or coordinated with suitably qualified trades.

Warranty, Care and Ongoing Support

Warranty coverage is subject to the confirmed specification, correct installation, compliant electrical work, appropriate timber treatment, intended use and documented maintenance.

Indoor and outdoor installations may have different environmental, treatment and maintenance requirements. The applicable warranty conditions and responsible support route will therefore be confirmed within the final order documentation.

KeiCo Care provides a structured pathway after delivery through product guidance, maintenance reminders and access to ongoing support.

Enhanced KeiCo Signature Care options can be discussed for customers seeking a more managed ownership experience.
