SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage systems, databases, and general Shopify applications. Your data is stored on secure servers behind firewalls.

Purchase transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your transaction, unless longer retention is required by law.

If You Cannot Reach an Agreement

First Call Group Limited has up to eight (8) weeks to issue a final response to your complaint, though they may respond sooner.

If you remain dissatisfied with their final response regarding your finance agreement, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must do so within six (6) months of the date of First Call Group Limited’s final response.
