KeiCo branded delivery van beside an outdoor sauna installation site

From curated gifts and smaller wellness accessories through to saunas, cold plunge systems, hot tubs and full outdoor wellness installations, each KeiCo order is handled according to its size, specification and delivery requirements.

This guide explains how delivery and installation works, what to expect at each stage, and how to prepare your site (when applicable) so everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Delivery and installation dates are provided in good faith and are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing as fixed dates. Lead times may be affected by production schedules, stock availability, supplier timings, freight, weather, site readiness, access, payment stage completion and any specialist lifting or installation requirements.

Gifting, accessories and smaller items

Smaller gifting, wellness and accessory orders are usually dispatched by parcel courier or standard delivery service. Delivery times vary depending on the product, stock position, destination and seasonal demand.

Delivery options and prices will be shown at checkout where applicable. Public holidays, peak periods and remote areas may require additional transit time. Installation is not included with smaller items unless expressly stated.

Large wellness and outdoor living product delivery

Saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs, chillers, outdoor wellness structures, glamping units and larger outdoor living products require a more considered delivery approach. Depending on the product and site, delivery may be arranged by pallet courier, private courier, specialist transport, KeiCo delivery team, HIAB or crane/lifting support.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, large-item delivery may be to the nearest safe kerbside or accessible unloading point. Final positioning, carrying, lifting, installation, electrical works or commissioning are included only where stated in your quotation or order confirmation.

To help us plan correctly, please disclose any access restrictions, parking limitations, narrow routes, steps, slopes, low branches, overhead cables, soft ground or site constraints before delivery is confirmed. Please review our Site Access & Base Preparation page before your delivery date.

Current lead times

For made-to-order saunas and larger wellness projects, the current typical turnaround is approximately 6–12 weeks unless stated otherwise in your quotation or order confirmation. Where stock is available, or where the project scope is simpler, shorter lead times may be possible.

Lead times may vary depending on product choice, configuration, bespoke requirements, stock availability, manufacturing schedules, freight timings and the installation diary.

KeiCo is actively working to reduce lead times by increasing stock availability and improving production planning. Where a shorter lead time is available, this will be confirmed at quotation or order stage.

Bespoke and full garden wellness projects

Larger outdoor wellness transformations are often planned as complete projects rather than simple product deliveries. This may include saunas, cold therapy, decking, landscaping, showers, seating, pergolas, privacy screening, lighting or wider garden works.

These projects may require staged works, access reviews, site visits, drawings, planning calls, third-party trades or sequencing around groundworks and electrical preparation.

Where your project is bespoke or installation-led, the expected programme, delivery approach and scope of works will be confirmed in your written quotation or proposal where possible.

Payment stages for larger projects

For larger, made-to-order or installation-led orders, staged payment terms may apply where stated in your quotation or order confirmation. A typical staged payment structure may be:

  • 50% deposit — to secure production, procurement and scheduling
  • 40% — prior to or upon delivery to site
  • 10% — on practical completion or handover

These payment stages allow us to secure production capacity, allocate installation dates, release goods for delivery and complete works efficiently.

Delivery, installation, commissioning or handover may be delayed where agreed payment stages have not been completed. Payment terms may vary by project and will be confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation.

Site access and delivery readiness

A smooth delivery starts with clear access and a prepared site. Before delivery or installation, please review the full access route from the delivery vehicle to the final installation position.

Key considerations include driveway width, gate width, side access, steps, slopes, tight turns, parking, unloading space, road restrictions, permits, overhead cables, low branches, soft ground, base readiness, drainage and electrical route where relevant.

Please review our Site Access & Base Preparation page before your delivery or installation date.

Kerbside, pallet and private courier delivery

Some products are delivered by pallet or private courier to the nearest safe kerbside or accessible delivery point. This may not include unpacking, carrying through the property, movement across difficult terrain, final positioning or installation unless expressly stated.

If you require additional handling, internal movement, lifting, HIAB/crane support, specialist access or installation, this must be agreed before delivery and may be quoted separately.

Installation day

Where installation is included, KeiCo will attend site to complete the agreed scope of works. A customer or authorised representative should be available where possible.

Before our team arrives, the access route should be clear, the base should be complete, required services should be ready, and children, pets and unauthorised persons should be kept away from the working area.

Weather, unsafe site conditions, incomplete preparation or missing services may affect what can be completed on the scheduled day. Handover notes, completion confirmation or snagging items may be recorded at the end of the installation.

Electrical readiness and commissioning

Heater supply does not mean heater installation, second-fix electrical connection or commissioning unless your quotation or order confirmation expressly says so.

Where electrical works are required, please review our Electrical Requirements page and share the Electrical Installation Standard PDF with your electrician before first fix or final connection.

Electrical certification, supply readiness, isolator position, cable route and commissioning requirements should be confirmed before the installation or commissioning date.

Failed delivery, re-attendance and additional costs

If access is unsuitable, the site is not ready, parking is unavailable, the base is incomplete, required services are not prepared, agreed payment stages are outstanding, or key restrictions have not been disclosed, delivery or installation may need to be delayed, partially completed or rescheduled.

Additional labour, waiting time, storage, re-delivery, re-attendance, specialist lifting equipment, parking, permits or revised installation costs may be chargeable where the issue was not disclosed or resolved before the scheduled date.

Delivery damage, missing items or concerns

Please inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If you notice visible delivery damage, missing items or packaging damage, please contact KeiCo promptly with photographs, videos, order details and delivery information.

Prompt reporting helps us resolve carrier, supplier or manufacturer issues quickly.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
