The KC PAVILION 400 Two-Zone Sauna combines a dedicated hot room with an adjoining flexible space within one substantial, insulated structure.
Its approximately 3.98 × 1.96m footprint is divided into an approximately 3.3m² sauna room and a neighbouring 3.5m² transition room. The second zone can be planned for changing, cooling down, relaxation or storage according to the wider project.
A broad aluminium-framed glass façade connects both rooms visually, giving the pavilion a light, contemporary character whether it is installed as a freestanding garden sauna or positioned within a suitable home spa, gym, hospitality venue or commercial wellness environment.
Heating, room use, finishes, delivery and installation are coordinated around the selected indoor or outdoor installation route.

Outdoor Installation
Configured outdoors, the PAVILION 400 becomes a freestanding garden wellness building with a dedicated hot room and a sheltered internal transition space.
Outdoor projects require a suitable weatherproof roof covering, exterior timber protection, correctly detailed base, drainage and consideration of rainwater management.
The final orientation should also account for the outlook, sun exposure, neighbouring sightlines, prevailing weather and access for future maintenance.
Indoor Installation
The PAVILION 400 can also be installed as a self-contained sauna pavilion within a suitable existing building envelope.
Potential indoor settings include:
- Private home-spa rooms

- Converted barns or outbuildings

The host building must provide adequate floor loading, access, ventilation, electrical capacity, fire safety and moisture management.
Any external-style roof covering, timber treatment or upper finish is reviewed against the indoor setting and confirmed within the final specification. The pavilion should not be treated as a substitute for the structural or weatherproof envelope of the host building.
Two Rooms, One Coherent Wellness Journey
The PAVILION 400 separates the heated sauna from the adjoining room without making the overall environment feel divided.
The supplier plan places the sauna benches within the approximately 3.3m² hot room. The neighbouring 3.5m² spacecreates room to arrive, change, prepare and recover before or after each session.
Depending on the project, the adjoining room may be configured as:
- A changing area
- A cooldown or relaxation room
- Robe and towel storage
- A compact wellness reception space
- A transition between the sauna and surrounding environment
It is not supplied as a completed bathroom, shower room or utility area as standard.
Any plumbing, drainage, fitted furniture, storage, heating, lighting or decorative interior specification must be designed and quoted separately. This keeps the base pavilion flexible while ensuring the finished room is accurately planned around the customer’s intended use.
A Broad Architectural Glass Façade
The front elevation combines an aluminium-framed entrance and window system with toughened 4-16-4mm double glazing.
Its smoky finish balances natural light with a degree of visual privacy and gives the building a more architectural presence than a conventional timber sauna cabin.
For outdoor installations, the glazing can frame a garden, woodland or wider landscape view.
For indoor projects, it can connect the sauna visually with a pool room, gym, relaxation area or larger wellness interior.
Glazing affects privacy, effective sauna volume and heater selection. KeiCo will review the intended setting, outlook, adjoining spaces and selected lighting before confirming the final heat package.
Reflections, apparent opacity and natural timber colour will vary according to lighting and real-world conditions.
Insulated Element Construction
The current specification records a nominal 100mm insulated wall system with a catalogue-listed 18 + 70 + 12mm build-up.
This creates a more substantial structure than a lightweight timber cabin while preserving a clean external profile.
The pavilion is supplied in untreated natural timber, allowing the final protective or decorative system to be selected around the installation.
For outdoor use, an appropriate exterior treatment must be applied and maintained in accordance with the product guidance.
For indoor use, the required finish will depend on the room environment, moisture exposure, fire strategy and desired visual treatment.
Any product used inside the sauna room must be suitable for sustained high-temperature use.

The exact technical drawing supplied for the allocated production source must be approved before base, floor or service preparation begins.
Lead Time, Delivery and Installation
Availability and lead time are confirmed against live stock and the completed configuration before order.
The PAVILION 400 may be supplied through an approved European manufacturing partner within KeiCo’s Nordic production network. Minor non-structural details may vary between compliant production allocations, while the confirmed dimensions, layout, material specification and customer-selected configuration remain governed by the final order documentation.
The pavilion is normally supplied as a large precision flat-pack kit.
Delivery method, unloading responsibility, access requirements and installation arrangements are confirmed for the individual property. Professional installation can be quoted where available.
Trades, lifting equipment and permanent site works should not be booked until the delivery route, allocated source and technical drawing have been confirmed in writing.
