The Largest Sauna Room in the KeiCo Kiki Series
The Kiki XL Thermowood Outdoor Sauna has the largest sauna room in the KeiCo Kiki Series, with a 7.3m³ interior and space for approximately four to six people. It brings together the Thermowood exterior, bronze-tinted glazing and black detailing of the range with a more spacious layout for family and friends.
Inside, two-level L-shaped Thermo-Aspen benches wrap around the rear and side of the cabin. Choose the XL if you want more room than the Kiki Core or Connect, with seating arranged for company and a glazed outlook towards the garden.

Room to Sit Together
The benches run along the rear and side of the cabin, creating a layout suited to conversation. Two seating levels offer a choice of position within the heat, and the black-painted bench fronts and backrest detailing carry the Kiki finish through the interior.
The bronze-tinted glazing brings daylight into the room and frames the view outside. It is not one-way privacy glass: consider neighbouring sightlines and evening lighting when deciding where the sauna will sit.
Configure the Heat and Finish
Choose electric heating for ease of use, or a compatible wood-burning heater if you prefer to tend a fire. We will help match the heater to the room volume, glazing and required clearances. Electric systems require a suitable supply and qualified electrical connection; wood-burning systems need an approved chimney route and heat protection.
Thermowood forms the walls, floor, entrance decking and inner roof lining. The insulated roof is finished with outer Spruce boards, roofing felt and black metal flashing. Timber protection and any interior treatments should be selected for their intended use; we can advise on suitable finishes and ongoing care.

The £8,995 starting price covers the Kiki XL cabin kit, comprising:

- 28mm Thermowood floor and entrance decking

- 8mm tempered bronze-glass door and 6mm tempered bronze-glass windows
- Door hardware, long black handle, metal threshold and window sill
- Impregnated timber ground frame, trims, roofing felt and black metal flashing
- Assembly fixings and instructions
The heater, controls, sauna stones, chimney package, electrical work, permanent foundation, installation, timber treatments, lighting and accessories are included only when selected or expressly itemised in your order. Delivery and any specialist unloading arrangements are confirmed for your address.
Dimensions and Site Preparation
Allow for a firm, level, load-bearing and well-drained base, together with space for the door, assembly, ventilation and future maintenance. The overall dimensions above describe the cabin; they are not a foundation specification.
Before starting permanent works, use the final technical drawing to confirm bearing points, service positions and heater clearances. Send us your postcode and photographs of the proposed site and access route so we can review gates, narrow passages and changes in level with you.
Lead Time, Delivery and Installation
The Kiki XL is made to order, with an indicative lead time of approximately 6–10 weeks. We will confirm the schedule once your specification, production timing and site requirements are agreed.
The cabin arrives flat-packed for assembly on site. Use your own experienced team or arrange professional KeiCo installation. Access, unloading and base readiness are agreed before delivery; please wait for the written delivery plan before booking equipment or trades.
Supplied through our approved Nordic manufacturing network, the Kiki XL is supported by KeiCo for specification guidance, project coordination and after-sales care.
Warranty and Continued Care
A two-year structural warranty is included. Structural cover can be extended to five years in total with an active KeiCo Signature Care plan, subject to the plan terms and maintenance requirements.
Correct assembly, a suitable foundation, compliant heater installation, ventilation and timber care are required. We can explain the applicable cover and help you plan the maintenance your sauna needs.
