Kiki Core Ready Outdoor Sauna — Thermowood

£6,350.00

Inbound · Reservation subject to order confirmation.

This fixed Thermowood Kiki Core specification is already secured within KeiCo’s inbound programme, providing a shorter route towards delivery than placing a new made-to-order cabin into production.

The sauna is already in motion.

The heater, finish and wider wellness space remain yours to shape.

A Smaller Sauna. A Better Daily Rhythm.

The best wellness spaces are not always the largest.

They are the ones that fit naturally into everyday life.

A quiet sauna before the rest of the house wakes up. A warm place to reset after training. An evening ritual that creates a clear divide between work and home.

The Kiki Core Ready is a compact Thermowood garden sauna designed around exactly these moments. Its approximately 1.50 × 2.02m footprint makes it easier to introduce a genuine sauna experience into smaller gardens, terraces and private recovery spaces without overwhelming the surrounding environment.

Inside, two levels of Thermo-Aspen seating create a comfortable hot room for one or two people, with occasional space for a third. Bronzed glazing brings natural light into the sauna while retaining a warmer, more enclosed atmosphere than a fully glazed cube.

Designed for Everyday Use

Start the Day Well

Create a quiet morning ritual before emails, meetings and everyday demands begin. The Kiki Core gives you a dedicated place to sit, breathe and prepare for the day ahead.

Recover After Training

Position the sauna beside a home gym, training room or cold plunge to create a practical recovery space you can use without travelling to a spa or health club.

Wind Down Properly

Step away from screens and distractions at the end of the day. The compact, enclosed room creates a calm environment for slower evening sessions and time shared as a couple.

Build a Complete Contrast-Therapy Space

Pair the Kiki Core with a cold plunge or outdoor shower to create a repeatable heat-and-cold routine within your own garden.

Why Choose the Kiki Core Ready?

  • A shorter route to delivery: The principal Thermowood cabin specification is already within KeiCo’s inbound programme.
  • Compact without feeling restrictive: Designed principally for one or two people, with a nominal maximum capacity of three.
  • A calmer, more enclosed atmosphere: Timber walls surround the majority of the hot room rather than creating a fully glazed interior.
  • Two seating levels: Choose a higher or lower position according to the heat and type of session preferred.
  • Thermowood construction: A warm, stable timber specification selected for outdoor sauna use.
  • Bronzed glazing: The glass door and side window introduce daylight while softening views into the cabin.
  • Configured around your project: Select the heater, installation route, timber protection, lighting and care options that suit your space.
  • Supported by KeiCo: From base and access planning through to installation and aftercare, our team can help coordinate the complete project.

  • 6mm bronzed side window

All dimensions are approximate. The technical drawing issued for the allocated cabin remains the controlling document for base preparation, service positions and installation planning.

Compact, Warm and Considered

The Kiki Core has been designed around useful internal space rather than unnecessary external scale.

Its approximately 1.5m internal depth is particularly well suited to individual routines and couples. The two-level bench layout allows users to move between different positions within the heat, while the largely timber-lined enclosure creates a warmer and more private atmosphere than a panoramic full-glass sauna.

The bronzed entrance door and side window prevent the room from feeling closed in. They allow daylight into the cabin and maintain a visual connection with the garden without making the complete front elevation transparent.

Bronzed glass is not one-way privacy glazing. Reflections and visibility will change according to daylight, internal lighting and the sauna’s orientation, so the view from the bench and neighbouring sightlines should be considered when selecting the final position.

Make It Your Kiki Core

The inbound cabin secures the principal Thermowood, glazing and bench specification. The wider project can then be configured around your property and preferred sauna ritual.

Available project choices may include:

  • Compatible electric sauna heater
  • Sauna stones and control system
  • Manual or connected control where approved
  • Delivery only or professional KeiCo installation
  • Use of suitable existing hardstanding
  • New base preparation where required
  • Clear or coloured exterior timber protection
  • Sauna-appropriate internal protection
  • Ambient sauna lighting
  • Headrests and selected sauna accessories
  • Cold-plunge or outdoor-shower integration
  • KeiCo Care or Signature Care

The correct heater must be matched to the confirmed 4.1m³ room, glazing allowance, ventilation arrangement and available electrical supply.

All permanent electrical design and connection must be completed by a suitably qualified electrician. The supply should not be installed from an assumed heater size before the final package has been confirmed.

Base, Access & Site Preparation

A well-prepared foundation is essential to the stability and long-term performance of the sauna.

The Kiki Core requires a firm, level, load-bearing and well-drained base. Depending on the property and ground conditions, suitable routes may include:

  • A correctly designed concrete slab
  • Reinforced paving over an appropriate sub-base
  • A ground-screw foundation
  • An engineered structural platform
  • Suitable existing level hardstanding

The sauna should not be installed directly onto grass, loose soil or an uneven surface.

Before permanent work begins, the source-specific technical drawing should be used to confirm:

  • Overall foundation dimensions
  • Structural bearer positions
  • Door orientation
  • Heater and electrical entry position
  • Drainage and water run-off
  • Boundary clearances
  • Assembly space
  • Future maintenance access

Vehicle access, gates, tight turns, gradients and the route between the unloading point and the final base should also be reviewed before delivery is arranged.

Inbound Availability, Delivery & Installation

This particular Thermowood specification is secured within KeiCo’s inbound programme.

Live unallocated availability, expected warehouse release and the earliest delivery or installation window will be confirmed before a reservation is accepted. Exact public quantities are not displayed because allocation can change as cabins are reserved against customer projects.

The Kiki Core is normally supplied as a palletised precision flat-pack kit. Customers with a capable construction team may choose a delivery-only route, while professional installation can be selected through KeiCo where available.

The completed-project date may also depend on:

  • Base readiness
  • Delivery access
  • Heater and control availability
  • Electrical preparation
  • Timber-treatment choices
  • Installation-team scheduling
  • Wider landscaping or recovery-space works

This product may be supplied through an approved Nordic manufacturing partner within KeiCo’s production network. Minor non-structural details may vary between compliant production allocations, while the confirmed dimensions, materials, glazing and customer-selected configuration remain governed by the final order documentation.

Trades and permanent site works should not be booked until the allocated cabin, technical drawing and written delivery plan have been confirmed.

One Sauna. One Connected Project.

Some customers simply need the cabin delivered for their own experienced team to complete.

Others want KeiCo to take greater responsibility for the finished environment.

Our team can help coordinate:

  • Product and heater specification
  • Site layout and orientation
  • Access and delivery planning
  • Base preparation
  • Professional sauna installation
  • Electrical-requirement guidance
  • Exterior and interior timber protection
  • Lighting and accessories
  • Cold-plunge and outdoor-shower integration
  • Continued care and after-sales support

Where certified electrical or other specialist work is required, it must be completed or coordinated with appropriately qualified professionals.

The aim is straightforward:

One specification. One accountable team. One finished KeiCo wellness space.

Warranty, Care & Continued Support

The applicable warranty and responsible support route will be confirmed within your final order documentation.

Warranty coverage remains subject to correct assembly, a suitable foundation, compliant electrical work, appropriate timber protection, intended use and documented maintenance.

The sauna should be allowed to ventilate and dry after use. Internal surfaces should be cleaned using products suitable for sauna timber, while the exterior and roofing components should be inspected and maintained according to their exposure and the selected treatment system.

KeiCo Care and Signature Care options can provide a more structured route to maintenance guidance and ongoing support after installation.
