KC ARC 220 Outdoor Sauna

Softened Nordic Architecture, Configured Around Your Garden

More upright than a barrel. Softer than a cube.

The KC ARC 220 Outdoor Sauna brings together the enveloping character of a barrel sauna and the practical headroom of a contemporary cube. Its curved roofline gives the building a distinctive architectural presence, while the upright side walls make the interior feel calm, balanced and easy to use.

The roomiest ARC model in this group provides the deepest single-room plan, creating a more generous garden-sauna experience while preserving the softened family silhouette. Choose untreated Nordic Spruce for the most accessible entry point or Thermowood for a thermally modified finish, then select either a glass door or a panoramic full-glass front. Heating, installation and ongoing support can be coordinated around your site through KeiCo.

The ARC Form

The ARC profile has been developed for customers who like the warmth of rounded sauna architecture but prefer a more upright room than a traditional barrel. The softened corners reduce the visual mass of the structure, while the straighter internal walls create useful shoulder room and a more conventional seating position.

Natural timber grain, tone and knot pattern will vary. Final dimensions, component positions and foundation requirements must always follow the source-specific drawing issued for the ordered configuration.

Choose Your Timber Finish

Nordic Spruce — Untreated

Nordic Spruce provides the most accessible route into the ARC range while retaining the same 42 mm structural profile. It is supplied untreated, allowing the exterior colour and protective finish to be coordinated with your garden.

A suitable exterior protection system must be applied promptly after assembly and maintained in accordance with the product and treatment guidance. Correct base detailing, ventilation, weather protection and periodic inspection are essential to long-term performance. Unsuitable coatings must not be applied inside the sauna; treatment products and application areas should be agreed before installation.

Thermowood

Thermowood is the thermally modified option, chosen for its warmer tone and reduced moisture movement. It remains natural timber and still benefits from correct installation, careful weather detailing and periodic external care if its appearance is to be maintained.

Choose Your Front Glazing

Glass Door

The glass-door configuration provides a more enclosed timber façade with a tall glazed entrance. It suits customers seeking a traditional, private sauna atmosphere and represents the lower-priced glazing route.

Full Glass Front

The panoramic option introduces a broad smoky-glass façade, opening the interior towards the garden and giving the sauna a lighter, more architectural character. It is particularly effective where the outlook forms part of the bathing experience.

Glazing layout and timber tone vary by selected configuration. The order confirmation and source-specific drawing—not a lifestyle image alone—define the supplied model.

Build Your KeiCo Wellness Space

The structure is the starting point. KeiCo can help coordinate a suitable electric sauna heater and controls, electrical preparation guidance, installation, access planning and selected OPTIS wellness accessories. Heater output must be matched to the confirmed internal volume, glazing area, location and available electrical supply.

This creates a clear route from a well-specified structure-only purchase to a more complete, supported garden wellness project.

Dimensions and Site Preparation

The approximate external footprint is 2,000 × 2,200 mm, with an approximate internal floor area of 2.0 m². Allow additional working space around the building for assembly, ventilation, drainage, roof overhangs and future maintenance.

A firm, level and correctly sized base is essential. Before ordering, KeiCo recommends confirming site access, unloading route, boundary clearances, base construction, drainage, electrical route and any local planning or building-control considerations. Final base work should follow the drawing issued for the selected source article.

Lead Time, Delivery and Installation

Availability and lead time are confirmed against the chosen timber and glazing combination before order. Selected products may be fulfilled through an approved European manufacturing partner within KeiCo’s production network, allowing us to route each order around verified specification and availability while keeping project coordination and after-sales support with KeiCo.

The sauna is normally supplied as a precision flat-pack kit. Delivery method, unloading responsibility and access requirements are confirmed for the individual site. Professional installation can be quoted where available; please do not schedule trades or access equipment until your delivery plan has been confirmed in writing.

The KeiCo Method

  • Pre-order configuration and specification review
  • Base, access and delivery planning support
  • Heater and control-system guidance
  • Installation pathway and project coordination

Warranty, Care and Ongoing Support

Warranty coverage is subject to the confirmed product specification, correct installation, compliant electrical work, appropriate use and documented maintenance. The applicable warranty and care information is supplied with the final order documentation.

KeiCo Care provides a clearer ownership pathway after delivery, including product guidance, maintenance reminders and access to ongoing support. Enhanced KeiCo Signature Care options can be discussed for customers who want a more managed service relationship.

Timber is a natural material and will respond to moisture, sunlight and temperature. Routine ventilation, cleaning, inspection and exterior maintenance are part of responsible ownership—particularly for untreated Nordic Spruce.
