Traditional sauna ritual in a compact three-person cabin
The Holl's Utopia 3 brings stone-heated sauna bathing into a considered indoor footprint. Grade A Canadian Hemlock gives the cabin its warm, natural character, while smooth Abachi benching and the broad glass frontage create a light, comfortable place to sit and unwind.
Its included 4.5 kW Vulkano Black electric heater warms lava stones for classic dry sauna heat. When used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, a small amount of water can be ladled over the hot stones to create a brief wave of heat and humidity.

Canadian Hemlock and Abachi comfort

FSC certification supports responsible timber sourcing. Abachi is used for the seating and headrest contact areas, providing a smooth, comfortable surface within the heated cabin.
Traditional stone-heated technology
Utopia is a traditional electric sauna rather than an infrared cabin. The Vulkano Black heater raises the temperature of the supplied lava stones, which store and release heat through the room. The touch-sensitive panel brings lighting, chromotherapy and audio controls together in one place, while MP3, FM and Bluetooth inputs let you set the atmosphere without any unverified Wi-Fi claim.

Delivery and installation
This model is designed for indoor use on a solid, level and dry surface. Before ordering, confirm the full delivery route, doorway widths, finished room dimensions and the ventilation and safety clearances required by Holl's. Allow working space for assembly as well as the stated product footprint.
The heater requires a correctly specified electrical supply. A qualified electrician must confirm the circuit, cable, isolation, protective devices and any phase requirements against the heater and installation documentation. Assembly, installation and final electrical connection are separate unless expressly included in your KeiCo order.
Warranty and aftercare
Holl's specifies a 10-year warranty for the wood and a 2-year warranty for electrical components. Cover remains subject to the manufacturer's terms, correct indoor installation, appropriate electrical connection, proper use and ongoing care.
