The Genevas St. Moritz brings together a generous Nordic sauna room, a separate lounge and a dedicated shower area in one clean-lined modular design. It is for customers who want more than a stand-alone heat cabin: a complete sequence from arrival, to heat, to cooling down, planned around the garden and the practical realities of the site.

Three purposeful zones within a refined footprint.
The verified external footprint is 5,675 × 2,225 mm, with a nominal area of approximately 12 m². Within that long, efficient plan, the St. Moritz provides an approximately 4.4 m² lounge, an approximately 4.4 m² sauna room and an approximately 1.6 m² shower room, plus a compact technical space.
That arrangement changes how the sauna is used. The lounge offers a sheltered place to prepare, leave robes and pause between rounds. The shower supports a more complete hot-and-cool routine without sending you back across the garden. The sauna room itself retains the visual generosity of full-height glazing and an open bench layout. Each zone has a clear role, while the linear form remains straightforward to position along a boundary, terrace or dedicated wellness area, subject to planning and site review.
South-Estonian CLT with a calm material character.
The model-specific specification records CLT across the interior, exterior and floor. Inside, natural wood wall surfaces and thermo-alder seating bring warmth and tactility to the spaces people touch most. The documented finish system uses natural oil-wax, with the final exterior colour, interior treatment and approved glazing details selected around the setting and the agreed maintenance approach.
Stopsol windows give the architecture its distinctive rhythm and frame views out from the lounge and sauna. Concealed electrical wiring, integrated LED lighting, Buster + Punch handles, sockets and switches, Hessen ventilation and an SBS roofing membrane keep the practical components coordinated with the overall design.
A considered transition from everyday space to sauna heat.
The St. Moritz is designed as a sequence rather than a single room. Enter through the separate lounge, move through the glazed internal threshold and into the sauna, then use the dedicated shower area before returning to the lounge. The documented shower specification includes a concealed shower set, fibre-cement wall panels, SolidSoft floor material and shower tray, while an outside-accessible technical room houses the specified 80-litre Atlantic Vertigo boiler.
In the sauna, thermo-alder benches and floor grating provide a composed timber interior. The sauna-room drain and floor trap, ventilation and lighting are planned as part of the module, helping the room work as an integrated system rather than a collection of separate components.
Choose the heat experience that suits the project.
Electric heat
The documented electric route uses a HUUM HIVE Mini 11 kW heater with UKU Local controls. It offers a clean, convenient operating route, subject to the available electrical supply, cable route, protective devices and final connection by a suitably qualified electrician.
Wood-fired heat
The alternative is a HUUM HIVE Wood 13 heater. This route brings the ritual of a wood fire, but it also requires project-specific decisions about the flue or chimney, clearances, shielding, fuel handling and local requirements. Heater selection is therefore a technical planning decision, not simply a decorative option.

The standard-equipment schedule covers the St. Moritz modular structure; tailored foundation and utility drawings; thermo-alder sauna benches and floor grating; natural oil-wax interior and exterior finishes; the selected HUUM heater route; interior LED lighting; Stopsol windows; Hessen ventilation; SBS roofing; concealed wiring; natural wood wall panels; Buster + Punch handles, sockets and switches; the shower-room finishes and fittings described above; the technical-room boiler; and the sauna-room drain and floor trap.
Final colours, glass details, heater route, service design and project scope are confirmed during consultation. Groundwork, lifting, delivery, on-site works, electrical connection, water and waste connections, flue work and ongoing timber protection are included only where they are expressly listed in the final KeiCo quotation.

1. Review the space
We start with the proposed position, orientation, planning context and the route from the road to the installation area.
2. Confirm the base and services
Tailored foundation and utility drawings identify the coordinated connection points. The final design then needs a suitable load-bearing base, electrical capacity, water supply, drainage and any wood-heater flue requirements.
3. Agree delivery and installation
Vehicle access, gates, turns, overhead restrictions, lifting space and the working area determine the safest supply and installation method. The final route remains subject to site and supplier confirmation; no flat-pack or one-piece delivery promise is made at this stage.
4. Complete the setting
Where required, KeiCo can coordinate the wider wellness space around the module, including the base, access, services, terrace or recovery elements and the aftercare plan, with one team keeping the different workstreams connected.
