KC LUMI CUBE Pre-Assembled Insulated Garden Sauna

£10,250.00

Contemporary Sauna Architecture. Delivered as a Complete Cabin.

Some outdoor saunas begin as a collection of components to be assembled in the garden.

The KC LUMI CUBE takes a different route.

Manufactured as a factory-assembled and insulated cabin, the LUMI CUBE arrives with its principal structure, panoramic glass frontage, two-tier seating and integrated LED lighting already brought together.

Its clean rectangular form, dark architectural exterior and light timber interior create a contemporary alternative to the traditional barrel sauna. A full 8mm tempered-glass front opens the hot room visually, while the generous rear bench arrangement creates a calm, uncluttered setting for personal rituals, couples and shared sauna sessions.

With an external footprint of approximately 2.10m × 2.55m, the LUMI CUBE offers a substantial 3.33m² internal sauna area without moving into the scale of a complete multi-room wellness building.

The cabin is assembled.

The heat experience and wider garden setting remain yours to shape.

Designed Around the Experience

Panoramic Light

The full front wall is formed from 8mm tempered safety glass, allowing natural light and the surrounding landscape to become part of the sauna experience.

The glazing gives the cabin a more open architectural character than a predominantly enclosed timber structure. It is particularly effective when the sauna is positioned towards a garden, woodland, pool, cold plunge or wider outdoor view.

Clear glazing does not provide complete privacy. Orientation should therefore be considered alongside neighbouring properties, internal lighting and the view from the benches.

Two Levels of Sauna Heat

A two-tier rear bench arrangement allows users to move between different seating heights within the room.

The upper bench places the body closer to the warmer air held towards the ceiling, while the lower level offers an alternative position during gentler sessions or between sauna rounds.

The layout keeps the centre of the hot room open and provides a clear relationship between the seating, heater and glazed entrance.

Lighting as Standard

Integrated LED lighting is included within the standard specification.

Positioned around the bench area, the lighting creates a warm, indirect glow rather than relying on a single bright ceiling fitting. This gives the LUMI CUBE a more considered atmosphere during early-morning and evening sessions.

Why Choose the KC LUMI CUBE?

  • Factory assembled: The principal cabin is manufactured and assembled before delivery rather than built from a conventional flat-pack kit on site.
  • Insulated construction: The structure is supplied as an insulated outdoor sauna for more considered year-round use.
  • Panoramic frontage: A full 8mm tempered-glass front brings light, views and a more contemporary character into the hot room.
  • Generous internal space: The approximately 3.33m² sauna area provides a substantial personal or shared environment.
  • Two-tier benching: Choose a higher or lower position according to the heat and type of session preferred.
  • LED lighting included: Warm interior lighting forms part of the standard cabin specification.
  • Architectural design: The simple cube profile works naturally beside modern homes, terraces, pool areas and landscaped gardens.
  • Configured through KeiCo: Heater specification, delivery, lifting, installation and the surrounding wellness environment can be coordinated through one project route.

Choose Your Heat Experience

The LUMI CUBE is completed with a compatible electric sauna heater, stones and control system selected around the confirmed cabin specification.

The correct heater output must account for:

  • Internal sauna volume
  • Full glass frontage
  • Insulated construction
  • Ventilation
  • Intended frequency of use
  • Available electrical supply
  • Required control method

Depending on the approved system, customers may be able to choose between straightforward manual controls and selected external or connected control options.

The heater is not assumed to be included within the base cabin price unless it is expressly itemised in the product options or final quotation.

All permanent electrical design and connection must be completed by a suitably qualified electrician. The electrical supply should not be installed solely from an assumed heater size; the final heater package and manufacturer requirements must be confirmed first.

Build Your KeiCo Wellness Space

The pre-assembled LUMI CUBE provides the architectural centre of the project. The wider environment can then be configured around the way you intend to use it.

Available project choices may include:

  • Compatible electric heater, stones and controller
  • Manual or connected control system
  • Professional delivery and specialist positioning
  • KeiCo installation and commissioning pathway
  • New base preparation or use of suitable existing hardstanding
  • External protection and finishing where required
  • Sauna-appropriate internal timber protection
  • Sauna accessories and headrests
  • Cold-plunge integration
  • Outdoor shower
  • Pathways, decking and surrounding landscape coordination
  • KeiCo Care or Signature Care

The complete product and OPTIS configuration should be reviewed before the cabin is allocated so that the heater, electrical requirements, delivery method and site-preparation route remain compatible.

Base & Site Preparation

A factory-assembled cabin depends on a correctly prepared foundation.

The LUMI CUBE requires a firm, level, load-bearing and well-drained base sized to the final technical drawing. Suitable routes may include:

  • A correctly designed concrete slab
  • Reinforced paving over an appropriate sub-base
  • An engineered structural platform
  • A suitable existing hardstanding confirmed during the project review

The cabin should not be placed directly onto grass, loose aggregate, soft ground or an uneven surface.

Before permanent works begin, the final drawing should be used to confirm:

  • Overall cabin footprint
  • Structural bearing points
  • Required clearances
  • Door position and opening
  • Heater location
  • Electrical entry point
  • Drainage and water run-off
  • Future maintenance access

Where base preparation forms part of the KeiCo project, the proposed site and ground conditions will be reviewed before the scope is confirmed.

Pre-Assembled Delivery, Access & Positioning

The LUMI CUBE is available only as a factory-assembled and insulated cabin.

This reduces structural assembly at the property, but it makes access and lifting preparation particularly important.

Before the order is finalised, the delivery route should be assessed for:

  • Road and vehicle access
  • Gate and passage widths
  • Tight turns and gradients
  • Overhead trees, cables and rooflines
  • Ground stability
  • Distance from the unloading point to the final base
  • Space for a HIAB, crane or other lifting equipment
  • Boundary clearances
  • Working room around the prepared foundation

Delivery does not simply mean leaving a small pallet at the kerbside. The cabin must be transported, lifted and positioned using a method appropriate to its size, weight, access conditions and final location.

Please provide your installation postcode and clear photographs or video of the access route before purchase. KeiCo can then help establish whether direct vehicle placement, HIAB lifting, crane assistance or another specialist positioning method is likely to be required.

Delivery, lifting and final positioning are quoted according to the individual site.

Indicative Lead Time

The current indicative production lead time is approximately 10-12 weeks from confirmed specification and order.

This remains subject to:

  • Current manufacturing capacity
  • Final cabin finish
  • Heater and control availability
  • Delivery scheduling
  • Specialist lifting requirements
  • Base readiness
  • Electrical preparation
  • Installation-team availability

The completed-project date may therefore differ from the cabin production date.

Permanent bases, lifting equipment and electrical trades should not be booked until the final technical drawing, delivery method and intended installation window have been confirmed in writing.

A Complete KeiCo Project

Some customers already have a suitable base, an electrician and a trusted installation team.

Others want one accountable route from the first site conversation to the first sauna session.

KeiCo can help coordinate:

  • Product and heater specification
  • Site layout and orientation
  • Foundation planning
  • Access and delivery assessment
  • Specialist lifting and positioning
  • Professional installation
  • Electrical-preparation guidance
  • Timber protection and finishing
  • Lighting and sauna accessories
  • Cold-plunge and outdoor-shower integration
  • Continued ownership support

Where certified electrical, lifting or other specialist work is required, it must be completed or coordinated with appropriately qualified professionals.

The aim is simple:

One specification. One connected project. One finished KeiCo wellness space.

Warranty, Care & Continued Support

The applicable warranty period and responsible support route will be confirmed within the final quotation and order documentation.

Warranty coverage remains subject to:

  • Correct foundation and positioning
  • Compliant electrical installation
  • Approved heater clearances
  • Suitable ventilation
  • Appropriate exterior protection
  • Intended use
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance
  • Prompt reporting of any issue

After each session, the cabin should be allowed to ventilate and dry. Internal surfaces should be cleaned using products suitable for sauna timber, while the exterior, roof, glazing and weather-facing junctions should be inspected periodically.

KeiCo Care and Signature Care options can be discussed for customers seeking a more structured maintenance and support pathway.
