Disappointed that it arrived damaged. Took 2 emails to get a replacement glass however the damaged case didn’t get replaced. Too late for the special day so ended up having to give with the dent in the box. Not sure if I would use again.
This is the second champagne and chocolate gift box we have purchased from Kieco and we are just delighted by the beautiful drawer box it come in. This is a gift for the couple who have everything and so it seems really appropriate to give them this decadent present!
Gift set was good, but delivery really bad. I paid £15 for next day delivery on a Thursday for Friday, but they did not deliver on Friday, nor on Saturday, but actually on Tuesday (Monday was New Year's). Next time I will only buy on Amazon as usual.
