The KC ICON 220 Full Glass Sauna is designed for customers who want the openness of panoramic glazing with enough internal space for family use, guests and more relaxed shared sessions.
Its approximately 2.31 × 2.20m footprint gives the cabin a substantial architectural presence without moving into a multi-room retreat. The full bronzed-glass façade brings the surrounding garden into view, while the softened cube profile and Thermowood construction create a warm, contemporary exterior.
Inside, two-level benches provide different seating heights and a more considered relationship with the heat. The cabin can be supplied for competent self-assembly or taken through a complete KeiCo route covering the heater, base, installation, treatment, lighting and aftercare.

A Sauna Room Designed for Shared Use
The ICON 220 provides considerably more usable bench length than the smaller ICON models. Its straighter internal wall sections give users space behind the shoulders, while the higher seating position helps place the body within the warmer part of the room.
Four adults can use the sauna with a comfortable degree of space. Its nominal capacity extends to six depending on the group and seating arrangement, making it suitable for family routines, social bathing and selected guest-facing wellness settings.
The full façade keeps the interior visually connected with the garden. Orientation should be considered carefully: the best position balances the view from the benches with privacy, sun exposure, access and the relationship to any cold plunge, shower or relaxation area.
Full Bronzed Glazing
The front wall and entrance are formed in 8mm bronzed tempered safety glass. The tint softens the external view into the cabin and gives the façade a warmer appearance than clear glass while still admitting substantial daylight.
Privacy is not absolute and will vary according to the balance of light inside and outside. Reflections and apparent opacity will also change throughout the day.
The glazing must be included in heater selection because its heat loss differs from the surrounding timber. The final heater package is therefore based on effective volume rather than floor dimensions alone.
Thermowood Construction for Outdoor Use
The main side walls are formed from approximately 42mm Thermowood, with a 28mm rear wall and the structural components required for the selected model.
Heat-treated timber offers improved dimensional stability and reduced moisture movement compared with untreated softwood. It still needs a suitable exterior protection system, correct drainage and ongoing inspection to maintain appearance and support warranty conditions.
The roof includes underlay and bitumen shingles. Final shingle colour, timber finish and any rear-glazing option must match the confirmed order rather than being inferred from illustrative photography.

The displayed structure price excludes the heater unless the selected package expressly includes one.
The ICON 220 can support approved electric or wood-fired heat routes, but the available choices must match the full-glass configuration, effective room volume, available power and required safety clearances.

Dimensions and Site Preparation
The cabin measures approximately 2,310mm wide × 2,200mm deep × 2,360mm high, with a nominal internal volume of approximately 11.2m³. The packed kit is approximately 2,350 × 1,200 × 1,200mm and around 900kg, subject to the final source specification.
A firm, level, well-drained and load-bearing foundation is essential. Permanent base work must follow the technical drawing issued for the allocated production source, including exact cradle or bearer positions, external projections and service-entry points.
Before ordering, review vehicle access, gates, turning space, unloading, gradients, boundary clearances, drainage, electrical or chimney routing and the working area needed for assembly and future maintenance.
Lead Time, Delivery and Installation
The standard KC ICON 220 is made to order, with a typical lead time of approximately 10–12 weeks, subject to the selected configuration and production programme.
The structure is normally delivered as a large palletised flat-pack kit. Delivery method, unloading responsibility and professional installation requirements are confirmed for the individual site.
