holls-moon-1-indoor-infrared-sauna
Holl’s Moon 1 — 1 Person Circular Indoor Infrared Sauna

A compact infrared sauna shaped for one

The Holl’s Moon 1 brings a complete infrared sauna experience into a remarkably compact circular cabin. Designed for one seated person and for indoor installation, it is well suited to a dedicated home wellness room, bedroom suite, gym or carefully planned spare-room retreat. Its curved form softens the visual impact of a conventional box-shaped sauna, while the combination of timber, glass and concealed technology gives it a calm, architectural presence.

At a glance: one-person capacity, Ø102 × H196cm external dimensions, 1,970W total infrared output, three Quartz Full Spectrum emitters, four carbon panels, 220–240V supply and a choice of Natural Wood or Deep Black.

Two finishes, one considered design

Natural Wood

The Natural Wood finish celebrates the warm grain of the FSC-certified Grade A hemlock cabin. It has a light, tactile quality that works naturally with stone, plaster, pale oak and other quiet interior materials. Inside, abachi is used for the bench and contact surfaces, selected for its smooth feel and suitability within a sauna environment.

Deep Black

Deep Black gives the same circular silhouette a more graphic, contemporary character. The dark exterior slats and tinted safety-glass door create a stronger statement for modern gyms, darker wellness rooms and high-contrast interiors. The core Moon 1 specification is shared across both finishes; the choice is primarily about how the sauna should sit within your space.

Full Spectrum and carbon infrared warmth

The Moon 1 combines three Quartz Full Spectrum emitters with four carbon infrared panels. Together they provide a layered infrared arrangement across the cabin, with IR-A, IR-B and IR-C wavelengths represented by the manufacturer’s Full Spectrum system. The listed total infrared output is 1,970W.

Unlike a traditional Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin uses radiant emitters rather than a stove and hot stones. This creates a distinct style of heat experience and makes the Moon range a useful option where a compact, controllable indoor wellness ritual is the priority. Comfort and session length are personal: follow the manufacturer’s operating guidance, stay hydrated and seek professional advice if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are unsure whether sauna use is appropriate for you.

Controls and atmosphere built in

A five-inch colour touchscreen places the principal settings within easy reach. Integrated Bluetooth audio allows you to bring your own soundtrack or guided session into the cabin. Ambient LED lighting and chromotherapy modes help shape the mood without adding visual clutter.

The curved eight-millimetre tempered safety-glass door maintains the open appearance of the design and provides a clear transition between the sauna and surrounding room.

Moon 1 specification

Capacity: one seated person

External dimensions: Ø102 × H196cm

Total infrared output: 1,970W

Infrared system: three Quartz Full Spectrum emitters and four carbon panels

Wavelengths: IR-A, IR-B and IR-C

Electrical supply: 220–240V

Cabin: FSC-certified Grade A hemlock

Interior and bench: abachi

Door: curved 8mm tempered safety glass

Controls: five-inch colour touchscreen

Features: Bluetooth audio and ambient LED lighting/chromotherapy

Location: indoor use only

Planning, delivery and installation

The Moon 1 must be installed indoors in a dry, ventilated room on a level, stable and load-bearing floor. Access, room clearances, ventilation and the delivery route should be checked before an order is finalised. Although the product is specified for a 220–240V supply, the connection method, circuit protection and final electrical provision must be confirmed by a qualified electrician against the current Holl’s installation manual. KeiCo will not assume that an existing socket or circuit is suitable without that review.

Specialist pallet delivery and optional installation can be scoped around your postcode, access and project requirements. Supplier availability, lead time, unloading, positioning, assembly and electrical connection are confirmed in the written quotation so that the responsibilities are clear before delivery.

The KeiCo service layer

Buying through KeiCo is about more than selecting a cabin. We can review the Moon 1 within the wider room, coordinate its finish with surrounding materials and help plan access, services and placement. For larger wellness projects, the sauna can also be considered alongside a shower, cold therapy, relaxation area, lighting and storage to create a more coherent daily ritual.

The manufacturer lists a ten-year warranty for the wood and a two-year warranty for electrical components, subject to its current terms, correct installation and intended use.
